Please do these operations.

- Go into your control panel and uninstall hardcore kicks vsti 2.
- Reboot your machine
- Install again the plugin and make sure you are running the installer with admin privileges

Doing that twice didn't make a difference.

You installed the first time successfully true?

Yes.

Did the plugin is installed correctly?

The standalone did not from the begining, but the .dll VSTi was avaible in Ableton Live after the first instalation, yes. But was missing since reinstalation. My Ableton acts like the .dll fire is not there anymore.

Edit: make sure to enter you VST folder during install

Done that also.

I get that error starting the Standalone.

Something is probably wrong with your libraries.

Try to update windows downloading any (if available) update from windows update.

Another solution is to check you windows files using these commands.

Press Windows + Q
Enter "CMD"
Execute CMD prompt as administrator
use sfc \scannow command

About the plugin if ableton live does not find it is because you installed the plugin in the wrong folder!

Please do:
Press windows + Q
Search for "Hardcore Kicks VSTi 2.dll (or search by foilders) so you can locate it.

The file is alocated in the folder I store my Ableton VSTi's. And it loads them all except your VSTi. It did load it correctly first time though. It does not do it anymore.

Are you sure that Hardcore Kicks VSTi 2.dll is located inside the Ableton plugin folder?
If the file is present then ableton should load it!.

If the scan fails, please ask ableton support for this.

Can you try with another Host software, like FL studio demo?

About the Standalone the problem can be resolved by finding the corrected dependecies missing.
Maybe your Windows 7 Ultimate installation actually miss some things that does not come as updates for "enterprise" version of the OS.

Try These:

www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=5555
www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=5582
www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=26999

You can also try the .net redistributable:

www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=24690

Already have all of these.

Also, I have tried it on Cubase. It does not see the .dll either.

I am using Cubase VSTi Folder in both Ableton and Cubase.

So there is no way the file is not located in the proper directory.

The scan did not came up with any results either.

The sequncers does nothing while scanning for plugins, they just load the enitre folder with all .dll files.
These files are not libraries and are loaded in place.

If the Plugin .DLL is present in your VST folder, hosts will load it.

There are two possible reasons for your problem.
1) the file is not located in the folder
2) the file is located but there are more than one of them using the same Plugin ID

Try to check manually the folder, make sure that the file is present but not using the sequencer finder, do it by explorer folders.
